Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren, planen, steuern und kontrollieren vertriebliche Maßnahmen
- Sie analysieren die Erfolge und die Performance von Vertriebsmaßnahmen anhand von Reportings und leiten weitere Umsetzungsmaßnahmen ab
- Sie führen fachliche Analysen der Kundenpotenziale im Rahmen der Zielgruppendefinition und Vertriebskanalaffinitäten durch
- Sie entwickeln und steuern geeignete Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und Neukundengewinnung über sämtliche Vertriebs- und Marketingkanäle
- Sie führen Markt- und Trendanalysen durch, leiten Impulse ab und entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Vertriebsunterstützung
- Sie wirken bei der kundenorientierten Gestaltung und Anpassung unserer Produkte über sämtliche Vertriebskanäle mit und nehmen an internen Projekten zur Vertriebssteuerung teil oder leiten diese

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Vertriebssteuerung oder im Vertrieb eines Finanzdienstleisters
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Datenanalysen und Datenauswertungen
- Sie besitzen IT-Affinität und eine proaktive, hohe analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben eine hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in SQL
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich der Datenauswertungen in den Systemen der Atruvia, was von Vorteil ist, und begeistern sich für kontinuierliche Veränderungsprozesse und Technik

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
