- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Herstellung von Teigen und Massen für unsere Brot- und Brötchenspezialitäten nach traditionellen Rezepturen
- Du arbeitest, formst und backst unsere Feingebäcke, Baumkuchen und sächsischen Spezialitäten
- Du bedienst und überwachst unsere modernen Backöfen sowie Knet- und Anschlagmaschinen unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
- Du unterstützt insbesondere in der Saison tatkräftig bei der Produktion unserer hochwertigen Stollenprodukte für den weltweiten Versand über unseren Online-Shop

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Lebensmittelhandwerk.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der handwerklichen Teigherstellung mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Rohstoffe und Backprozesse.
- Sauberkeit und die Einhaltung von Hygienestandards (z. B. HACCP) sind für dich selbstverständlich und du bist bereit für die bäckertypische Nacht- und Früharbeit.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer hast du eine echte Leidenschaft für das traditionelle Bäckerhandwerk.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
