Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Unfallgutachten und Kalkulationen mit DAT
- Du beurteilst fachgerecht Karosserie- und Unfallschäden
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei Karosserieinstandsetzungen und Unfallreparaturen mit
- Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden bei anspruchsvollen Reparaturarbeiten
- Du sicherst die Qualität der durchgeführten Arbeiten
- Du planst, erstellst und steuerst Unfallreparaturaufträge
- Du koordinierst die Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Karosserieabteilung
- Du überwachst Termine und stellst die fristgerechte Fertigstellung sicher
- Du steuerst und überwachst externe Lackierarbeiten
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt, Serviceannahme und Kund:innen
- Du arbeitest eng mit externen Sachverständigen zusammen
- Du stimmst dich mit Versicherungen bei Haftpflicht- und Kaskoschäden ab
- Du arbeitest mit Rechtsanwält:innen bei komplexen Haftpflichtschäden zusammen
- Du berätst Kund:innen technisch bei Unfallschäden
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung bei technischen Entscheidungen
- Du wickelst Unfallschäden mit Versicherungen ab und rechnest diese ab
- Du prüfst Gutachten und Reparaturfreigaben
- Du steuerst die Reparaturaufträge wirtschaftlich und kontrollierst Materialeinsatz und Fremdleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unfallinstandsetzung und beherrschst moderne Karosserietechniken.
- Du bist versiert in der Schadenkalkulation, idealerweise mit Systemen wie DAT, und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Versicherungen sowie Gutachter:innen.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit bringst du Teamgeist, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres, kundenorientiertes Auftreten mit.
- Idealerweise kennst du dich bereits mit den Systemen von Mercedes-Benz aus, was aber keine Voraussetzung ist.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
