Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren, strukturieren und automatisieren Abläufe in proALPHA (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) sowie der CPQ-Lösung mit Fokus auf Nutzen, Akzeptanz und Datenqualität
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement und IT zusammen
- Sie gestalten pragmatisch und verständlich Governance, Monitoring und Qualitätssicherungsprozesse
- Sie konzipieren, pilotieren und verbessern kontinuierlich generative und regelbasierte KI-Automationen
- Sie gehen verantwortungsvoll mit KI um, unter Berücksichtigung von Transparenz, Datenschutz und Qualität
- Sie übersetzen technische Möglichkeiten in konkrete, messbare Mehrwerte für Anwender und betreuen B2B- und Kundenportale (z. B. SAP Ariba, SupplyOn)
- Sie koordinieren ERP-/CRM-Integrationen (EDI / API) und kommunizieren mit externen Partnern
- Sie begleiten und befähigen Key User und bauen kurze, wirkungsvolle Trainings- und Lernformate auf
- Sie holen aktiv Feedback ein, fördern die Nutzung und begleiten nachhaltig auch nach dem Go-Live
- Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktmanagement
- Sie nehmen Anforderungen strukturiert auf, moderieren und priorisieren diese
- Sie bauen aktiv Brücken zwischen Business, IT und externen Dienstleistern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und können komplexe Veränderungen und Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Analyse- und Umsetzungsstärke, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen, idealerweise proALPHA und Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse von eProcurement-Plattformen wie SAP Ariba oder SupplyOn, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie haben ein Gespür dafür, technische Lösungen in klaren Nutzen für Anwender zu übersetzen
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Change-Management mit oder haben eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
