Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen, prüfen und entwickeln kontinuierlich Vor- und Nachkalkulationen für Produkte, Projekte und Dienstleistungen weiter
- Sie analysieren und optimieren detailliert die Herstell- und Dienstleistungskosten (Material, Fertigung, Personal, Gemeinkosten)
- Sie ermitteln Deckungsbeiträge und Margen für Produkte und Services und leiten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie begleiten kalkulatorisch den Angebotsprozess in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, sowohl für Produkte als auch für Serviceleistungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion sowie dem Projektmanagement Service zusammen
- Sie entwickeln, pflegen und wenden Pricing- und Kalkulationstools an, insbesondere im CPQ-System (Configure-Price-Quote)
- Sie standardisieren und automatisieren Kalkulationslogiken sowie Preis- und Kostenstrukturen für Produkte und Services
- Sie führen Abweichungsanalysen zwischen Vor- und Nachkalkulationen (Plan / Ist / Vorschau) durch
- Sie unterstützen bei der Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Sie analysieren relevante Produktions- und Servicekennzahlen (z. B. Rüstzeiten, Ausschuss, Auslastung, Stundensätze) und bewerten ihren Einfluss auf die Kalkulation
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und Controlling-Systemen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling/Kalkulation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder im Produktions- bzw. Dienstleistungscontrolling, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
- Sie haben ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen und Kalkulationsmethoden von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Pricing sowie im Umgang mit CPQ-Systemen, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und haben sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht und verständlich aufzubereiten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
