- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die operative Führung des Teams
- Sie sind zuständig für die strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung des Personalbereichs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine akademische oder berufliche Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung

About Psychiatrische Klinik Uelzen gGmbH
Die Brücke – Verein zur Förderung der Wiedereingliederung psychisch Erkrankter e. V. wurde 1964 in Hamburg gegründet. Im selben Jahr errichtete der Verein die Psychiatrische Klinik Häcklingen bei Lüneburg. Über viele Jahrzehnte prägte Die Brücke von diesem Standort aus die Entwicklung der sozialpsychiatrischen und gemeindepsychiatrischen Reform in der Region Nordostniedersachsen maßgeblich mit. Dies geschah 1976 unter anderem durch den Aufbau des Sozialpsychiatrischen Dienstes in Uelzen. Das war damals ein Modellprojekt und bundesweiter Vorreiter. Mit ihren 12 Standorten in der Region Uelzen und Lüchow-Dannenberg versorgen und betreuen die ambulanten, teilstationären und stationären Einrichtungen jährlich mehr als 8.000 Patient*innen und Klient*innen. Ziel ist es, die Beratungs-, Betreuungs- und Teilhabeleistungen stetig im Sinne einer zeitgemäßen und modernen Gesundheitspolitik den Bedürfnissen der Klient*innen und Patient*innen anzupassen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
