Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst, programmierst und überwachst unsere modernen Reinigungs-, Wasch- und Finishmaschinen (Nassreinigung und chemische Reinigung) für eine fachgerechte Textilpflege
- Du nimmst die eingehende Ware genau unter die Lupe, identifizierst Flecken- sowie Gewebearten und wählst die optimale, faserschonende und umweltschonende Vor- und Nachbehandlung (Detachur) aus
- Du teilst die Textilien in die entsprechenden Wasch- und Reinigungschargen ein und dosierst Wasch- und Hilfsmittel exakt nach Vorgabe und Umweltstandards
- Du überwachst den gesamten Durchlauf von der Warenannahme über die Sortierung bis hin zur Endkontrolle des fertigen Produkts
- Du übernimmst kleinere Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf zu garantieren
- Du unterstützt uns bei Bedarf an der Ausgabe mit deinem Fachwissen und berätst Kund:innen kompetent bei der Annahme anspruchsvoller Textilien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Textilreinigung (m/w/d) oder bringst relevante Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Textil- und Faserkunde, der angewandten Chemie sowie in der professionellen Fleckenbehandlung (Detachur).
- Ein hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitsschutz ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei hohem Auftragsaufkommen den Überblick und zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit und handwerkliches Geschick aus.
- Da du auch Kund:innen berätst, hast du Freude am direkten Kontakt und überzeugst durch ein freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation im Team und mit der Kundschaft runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
