Was erwartet dich?
- Du bügelst, dämpfst und finishst Oberbekleidung (Hemden, Blusen, Sakkos, Mäntel), Flachwäsche (Tisch- und Bettwäsche) sowie Berufsbekleidung für ein perfektes Finish
- Du arbeitest sowohl von Hand (klassisches Bügeleisen/Bügeltisch) als auch mit modernen Textilfinishing-Geräten wie Bügelpuppen, Hemdenfinishern, Hosentoppern und Muldenmangeln
- Du führst vor und während des Bügelns eine Sichtkontrolle durch und leitest Textilstücke mit Flecken oder Beschädigungen zurück in die entsprechende Abteilung
- Du legst die fertige Wäsche fachgerecht und knitterfrei zusammen, hängst sie auf und bereitest die Ware für die anschließende Verpackung und den Transport vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Bügeln, Pressen oder Finishen mit – zum Beispiel aus einer Wäscherei, Reinigung, der Hotellerie oder der Modebranche.
- Alternativ bist du auch als Quereinsteiger willkommen, wenn du privat leidenschaftlich gern bügelst und die nötige Ausdauer mitbringst – wir lernen dich intensiv an.
- Du bist körperlich fit und belastbar, da die Arbeit überwiegend im Stehen ausgeführt wird und eine gewisse Ausdauer erfordert.
- Mit deinem Auge fürs Detail und deinem hohen Qualitätsanspruch siehst du sofort, wo noch eine Falte sitzt, die dort nicht hingehört.
- Du bist zuverlässig, arbeitest zügig und hast Freude daran, im Team anzupacken.
- Für eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
