Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust kleinere Kund:innen und Projekte eigenständig - vom Briefing über Timing und Budget bis zur Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt unsere Beratenden in der Kundenbetreuung und sorgst für klare Abstimmungen, Aufgabenpläne und Timings
- Du koordinierst Kreation, Design, Text und Produktion und hältst alle Beteiligten zuverlässig auf dem gleichen Stand
- Du bereitest Kundentermine, Präsentationen, Statuslisten und Reportings vor und dokumentierst Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, fragst aktiv nach und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zu einer souveränen Beraterpersönlichkeit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem Marketing-, Kommunikations- oder Designumfeld und rund 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in Beratung, Projektmanagement oder Agenturarbeit und den Wunsch nach mehr Verantwortung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert mit Überblick über mehrere Projekte
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung, Marken und Kommunikation und Freude an kreativen Prozessen
- Du bist neugierig, offen für Feedback und hast großes Interesse an persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
