Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Abwicklung von Insolvenzverfahren und steuerst den gesamten Verwertungsprozess von der Sicherstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Vermarktung
- Du erfasst und pflegst sorgfältig alle relevanten Daten zu Waren, Fahrzeugen und Anlagegütern in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem und erstellst aussagekräftige Objektlisten
- Du erstellst eigenständig Angebote, Aufträge sowie Rechnungen mit MS Office, überwachst die dazugehörigen Zahlungseingänge und koordinierst den Versand
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson kommunizierst du täglich mit Insolvenzverwaltern, Kunden sowie internen Abteilungen wie Lager und Buchhaltung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
- Du übernimmst allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Büromanagement, Einzelhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil, wichtiger ist uns aber dein Interesse an Themen wie Insolvenzverwertung, Warenhandel, Fahrzeugen, Maschinen, Anlagegütern oder kaufmännischen Sonderfällen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, Outlook) und hast idealerweise schon mit einem Warenwirtschafts- oder ERP-System gearbeitet
- Mit deinem guten Zahlenverständnis und deiner sorgfältigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei vertraulichen Vorgängen den Überblick
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen (C1) zeigst du Eigeninitiative und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
