Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Behandlung von Patient:innen im orthopädisch-chirurgischen Bereich und wendest dabei gezielt Methoden wie Manuelle Therapie, Lymphdrainage oder KGG an.
- Du erstellst individuelle Therapiepläne, dokumentierst die Behandlungsverläufe und stehst im engen Austausch mit deinen Patient:innen, um den Heilungserfolg zu sichern.
- Als Teil des Teams bringst du deine Ideen aktiv ein, um die Abläufe und Therapiekonzepte in unserer neuen Praxis von Anfang an mitzugestalten.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten und tauschst dich regelmäßig über Behandlungsfortschritte aus.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d).
- Berufserfahrung ist willkommen, aber auch als Berufseinsteiger bist du bei uns genau richtig.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Kenntnisse in Manueller Therapie, Lymphdrainage oder KGG/MTT mit – falls nicht, entwickeln wir dich gerne weiter.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig sowie zuverlässig und hast Freude daran, mit Einfühlungsvermögen auf deine Patient:innen einzugehen.
- Für den Austausch mit Patient:innen und im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
