Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres großen Vertriebsinnendienst-Teams
- Sie analysieren bestehende Vertriebsprozesse, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und steuern deren Umsetzung maßgeblich über unsere CRM- und ERP-Systeme
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle gewährleisten Sie die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Außendienst, Kund:innen und internen Fachbereichen
- Sie überwachen relevante Vertriebskennzahlen, erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst sowie erste Führungserfahrung mit
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes Studium (z. B. BWL) bildet Ihre Basis
- Mit Ihrer unternehmerischen Denkweise, Kommunikationsstärke und einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil führen und motivieren Sie Ihr Team zum Erfolg
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit gängigen ERP- und CRM-Systemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
