Was erwartet dich?
- Planung & Konstruktion: Du führst detaillierte Raumanalysen (Akustik, Architektur, Klima) durch und erstellst präzise technische Zeichnungen und Berechnungen.
- Materialexpertise: Du wählst hochwertige Materialien wie Edelhölzer, Leder, Zinn oder Messing aus und bereitest diese für die Verarbeitung vor.
- Neubau & Montage: Du fertigst Orgelgehäuse, Spieltische und komplexe Windladen sowie die gesamte Mechanik und den Pfeifenstock an.
- Restaurierung: Du pflegst das musikalische Erbe durch das behutsame Zerlegen, Reinigen und Rekonstruieren historischer Instrumente unter Berücksichtigung des Denkmalschutzes.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Orgel- und Harmoniumbauer (m/w/d)
- Handwerk & Leidenschaft: Du bringst ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und eine tiefe Begeisterung für den traditionellen Instrumentenbau mit
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse für unsere internationalen Einsätze
- Reisebereitschaft: Du freust dich auf weltweite Projekte und bist bereit, für Zeiträume von 2 bis 8 Wochen an Orten wie Hawaii, Südkorea, Australien oder Las Vegas zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
