Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie installieren, warten und reparieren moderne Elektroniksysteme direkt bei unseren Kund:innen – von SAT- und Netzwerktechnik bis zu komplexen Audio- und Videoanlagen.
- Sie übernehmen die präzise Montage und Ausrichtung von Antennen- und Empfangsanlagen, auch bei anspruchsvollen Installationen auf Dächern.
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen als technische:r Expert:in direkt vor Ort und finden für jede Anforderung die passende technische Lösung.
- Bei Störungen sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle: Sie führen systematische Fehleranalysen durch und stellen die einwandfreie Funktion der Anlagen durch gezielten Support sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in, Informationselektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Video-, Audio-, Netzwerk- sowie SAT- und Antennentechnik.
- Sie kombinieren technisches Geschick mit einem freundlichen und serviceorientierten Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Sie sind schwindelfrei für sichere Installationen auf Dächern und bringen für Außendiensteinsätze einen Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine geringe Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Für die professionelle Kundenberatung bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
