Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung komplexer Kunden- und Industrialisierungsprojekte, von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienproduktion
- Sie arbeiten Angebote in agilen Teams aus und legen damit die Grundlage zur vertrieblichen Preisdefinition
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität und Kosten, dabei koordinieren Sie interdisziplinäre Teams bestehend aus Qualität, Einkauf, Entwicklung und weiteren produktionsnahen Bereichen
- Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen zu Tools, Prozessen und Produkten mit ein, um optimale Lösungen für die Fertigung zu entwickeln
- Sie unterstützen aktiv den Vertrieb mit Ihrer technischen Expertise im Bereich elektronischer Bauteile und Fertigungstechnologien

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen Projekten mit, idealerweise im Industrialisierungs- oder Fertigungsumfeld.
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke strahlen Sie als Projektleiter:in Sicherheit und Souveränität aus.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit der M365-Toolwelt und haben einen schnellen Zugang zu neuer Software.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
