Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen den Abteilungsleiter ERP bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im SAP Finance & Controlling-Umfeld
- Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen der ERP-Abteilung sowie den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling
- Sie planen, organisieren und moderieren regelmäßige Abstimmungs- und Projektmeetings
- Sie beraten und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Finance & Controlling-Prozessen
- Sie koordinieren und stimmen sich mit externen Dienstleistern und Systemanbietern im SAP Finance & Controlling-Umfeld ab
- Sie erstellen und bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen für die Abteilungsleitung auf
- Sie wirken bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Migration auf SAP S/4HANA mit
- Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte und arbeiten in bereichsübergreifenden SAP Finance & Controlling-Projekten mit
- Sie unterstützen den Abteilungsleiter ERP im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Analyse
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP R/3- und/oder SAP S/4-Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen SAP Basis, Finance und Controlling; idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Bereich Profitability Analysis
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen mit SAP Fiori und SAP Workflows, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie besitzen gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in der ABAP-Programmierung
- Sie haben Praxiserfahrung in SAP-Systemeinführungen und/oder SAP-Systemmigrationen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung aus
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich; zudem sind Sie bereit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und voranzutreiben
- Sie haben eine hohe Service- und Unterstützungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und zeigen ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Sie sind motiviert zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung
