Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen sukzessive die Verantwortung für den SAP-Regelbetrieb im Rahmen einer geregelten Altersnachfolge
- Sie bereiten die Übernahme der Verantwortung des Bereichs ERP Management im Fachbereich Digitalisierung & IT vor
- Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen ERP Management, Fachbereichen und Geschäftsleitung
- Sie unterstützen aktiv die kontinuierliche Fortbildung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sie beraten die Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung & Anpassung von SAP-Geschäftsprozessen
- Sie definieren und legen einheitliche SAP-Standards innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe fest, einschließlich Programmierung, Systemnutzung, Methoden, Tools und Namenskonventionen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Expertise im SAP-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt SAP R/3 und/oder SAP S/4
- Sie besitzen umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Basis sowie den Modulen SD, MM, PP und WM
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit ABAP und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SAP FIORI und SAP-Workflows
- Sie haben Erfahrung in Transformations-, Migrations- oder Einführungsprojekten im SAP-Umfeld
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
