Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege und baust als feste Bezugsperson eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu den Klient:innen auf
- Du betreust intensivpflegebedürftige Menschen, z.B. im Wachkoma, und bedienst dabei sicher medizinische Geräte wie Beatmungs- und Absauggeräte oder Ernährungspumpen
- Du steuerst und überwachst den gesamten Pflegeprozess, um eine individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Versorgung sicherzustellen
- Gemeinsam im Team entwickelst du Pflegeziele, planst die entsprechenden Maßnahmen und evaluierst regelmäßig die Betreuungsqualität
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige elektronische Pflegeplanung und dokumentierst alle erbrachten Leistungen lückenlos, um den Behandlungsverlauf nachvollziehbar zu machen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
