Zu deinenAufgaben zählen:
- Du unterstützt das Küchenteam aktiv bei der Vor- und Zubereitung frischer Mahlzeiten und sorgst bei der Speisenausgabe für das leibliche Wohl der Bewohner
- Du übernimmst das Spülen von Geschirr sowie Kochutensilien und stellst sicher, dass dein Arbeitsbereich stets den hohen Hygienestandards entspricht
- Du behältst den Überblick über die Lagervorräte, kontrollierst Bestände und meldest Bedarfe rechtzeitig an die Küchenleitung
- Bei besonderen Anlässen und Festen packst du tatkräftig mit an und hilfst dabei, für die Bewohner unvergessliche Momente zu schaffen
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft nach dem HACCP-Konzept und trägst so maßgeblich zur Lebensmittelsicherheit und Qualität in der Küche bei
