Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest und steuerst den gesamten kaufmännischen Bereich – von Controlling, Reporting und Budgetplanung bis hin zu den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Als strategischer Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung bereitest Du entscheidungsrelevante Analysen und Kennzahlen auf und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Deines Teams und förderst dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Du treibst die Digitalisierung der Finanzabteilung aktiv voran, indem Du bestehende Prozesse analysierst und die ERP-Systemlandschaft gezielt optimierst.
- Du begleitest Investitionsentscheidungen sowie potenzielle M&A-Projekte und stellst ein lückenloses Compliance-, Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Mittelstand oder einem Technologieunternehmen.
- Dank deiner fundierten Expertise in Finance und Controlling navigierst du sicher durch dynamische Unternehmensstrukturen und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und Reporting-Tools.
- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsstärke treibst du Themen eigeninitiativ voran und setzt strategische Ziele pragmatisch um.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
