Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und koordinierst Projekte im Bereich HLSK-E von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigstellung
- Du erstellst und überwachst Projektpläne, Budgets und Zeitpläne
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Projektzielen und -anforderungen sicher
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, Architekt:innen und Bauleiter:innen
- Du pflegst und baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und stellst die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
- Du koordinierst und stimmst dich mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du bewertest und wählst technische Lösungen und Materialien aus
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie relevanter Vorschriften und Normen sicher
- Du führst technische Prüfungen und Abnahmen durch
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst Kosten, Qualität und Termine

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima oder Elektro
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung mit, idealerweise im Bereich HLSK-E
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und den einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist fähig, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Software und MS Office
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
