- Du planst, berechnest und legst HLSK-Systeme für unterschiedliche Gebäudetypen aus
- Du erstellst Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungspläne
- Du arbeitest bei der technischen Konzeption und Optimierung von HLSK-Lösungen mit
- Du koordinierst und stimmst dich mit anderen Fachbereichen, Architekt:innen und Auftraggeber:innen ab
- Du erstellst technische Berechnungen und Dokumentationen
- Du begleitest die Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Ausführung und unterstützt in der Bauüberwachung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Systemplaner (m/w/d), Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich HLSK
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Konstruktion von Anlagen im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Kälte mit, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit) und fachspezifischer Software
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bist teamfähig und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
