Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und planst anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte – von Weingütern über Sakralbauten bis zum Wohnungsbau – und setzt deine Ideen mit ArchiCAD (BIM) und Rhino3D um.
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und wirkst bei der Vergabe von Bauleistungen mit, wobei Du auf die Software ORCA AVA zurückgreifst.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle stimmst du dich eng mit Bauherren, Fachingenieuren und Behörden ab, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu sichern.
- Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Überwachung der Bauausführung und stellst sicher, dass deine Entwürfe qualitätsgerecht realisiert werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Im Idealfall bringst du fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD (3D + BIM) und einer AVA-Software wie OrcaAVA mit.
- Du beherrschst die Leistungsphasen 1-9.
- Erfahrung mit Visualisierungstools wie Rhino3D und V-Ray ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – das Wichtigste lernst du bei uns.
- Du verbindest kreative Ideen mit einem Blick für nachhaltige Lösungen und hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch, um dich im Team und mit unseren Partnern bestens abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
