Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten Produktionsablauf im Schichtbetrieb und stellst als erste Ansprechperson für dein Team die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- (FSSC, HACCP), Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams, förderst die individuelle Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und schaffst ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du planst und steuerst die Produktions- und Mischprozesse, sorgst für eine optimale Anlagenauslastung und pflegst alle relevanten Daten in unserem ERP-System (SAP S/4HANA).
- Du identifizierst proaktiv Optimierungspotenziale und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse (KVP) voran, indem du Methoden wie Lean Management oder TPM anwendest.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Qualitätssicherung, Technik und Logistik zusammen und vertrittst die Interessen der Produktion in standortübergreifenden Projekten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (z. B. Meister), und hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Industrie gesammelt.
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Freude daran, deine Mitarbeitenden zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Die Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb ist dir vertraut und du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und Hygiene (z. B. nach FSSC 22.000, KVP).
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Programmen wie MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil) und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Lean Management.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich, du denkst prozessorientiert und bist bereit, im Schicht- und Wochenenddienst zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team runden dein Profil ab.
