Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst und begleitest den täglichen Produktionsablauf und stellst die Standards für Qualität (FSSC, HACCP), Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit sicher. Dies setzt eine aktive Mitarbeit am Managementsystem voraus
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Anlagenverfügbarkeit und optimale Produktionsauslastung
- Du steuerst den Mischprozess vor der Abfüllung unter Berücksichtigung der optimalen Produktionsauslastung und pflegst verschiedene Systeme (z.B. ERP-System)
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten
- Du führst, qualifizierst, entwickelst weiter und motivierst die Mitarbeitenden zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Ziele
- Du wirkst bei abteilungsinternen und -übergreifenden Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine fundierte Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie und eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung (z.B. Meister)
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeitendenführung oder Teamleitung
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in einem produzierenden Mehrschichtbetrieb mit und hast Fachkompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein (Hygiene, FSSC 22.000, KVP)
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in ERP Systemen (SAP/S4 von Vorteil), IT-Standardprogrammen (MS-Office) sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich von Steuerungen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner Produktionsmanagement-Methoden (z.B. Lean Management, TPM)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und hinterfragst Bestehendes
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Selbstmotivation und Zuverlässigkeit mit
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und Wochenenddienste zu übernehmen
