Was erwartet dich?
- An der spannenden Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, Psychologie und Technologie arbeitest du mit unseren selbst entwickelten zukunftsweisenden Softwarelösungen in der dynamischen Startup-Szene
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden fachlich und strategisch bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ihrer Feedbackprozesse – darunter Mitarbeiterbefragungen, 360° Feedbacks und strukturierte Mitarbeitergespräche
- Du berätst Kunden aktiv bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung ihrer HR-Prozesse sowie in der Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Feedback- und Unternehmenskultur
- Du planst, koordinierst und leitest eigenverantwortlich Beratungs- und Implementierungsprojekte für unsere Kunden – inklusive Zeit-, Ressourcen- und Budgetmanagement
- Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu deinen Kunden auf und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für fachliche, methodische, technische und inhaltliche Fragen
- Du führst Workshops, Schulungen und regelmäßige Review-Termine durch – überwiegend remote
- Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung unserer Feedback-Plattform, übernimmst erste Schritte bei technischen Fragestellungen und koordinierst bei Bedarf weiterführende Unterstützung mit unserer IT
- Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit Kunden Anforderungen und Potenziale für neue Features und bringst diese aktiv in die Produktentwicklung ein
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und Methoden kritisch, bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein und gestaltest unsere Beratungs- und Customer Success Aktivitäten kontinuierlich weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, Organisationsentwicklung, Unternehmensberatung oder Customer Success Management – idealerweise mit Vorerfahrung rund um Mitarbeiterbefragungen, 360° Feedback oder Feedbackprozesse und HR-Software
- Du hast Freude an der strategischen Beratung von Kunden und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und überzeugend vermitteln
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und bist erfahren in der Planung und Steuerung von Beratungsprojekten
- Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis mit und hast Spaß daran, dich in eine Software-Plattform und deren Nutzungsmöglichkeiten einzuarbeiten
- Du kommunizierst klar, empathisch und auf Augenhöhe – auf Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
