Deine Aufgaben:
- Überwachung und Koordination der Einhaltung datenschutzrechtlicher und informationssicherheitsrelevanter Vorgaben (insb. DSGVO, BDSG, ISO 27001, EU AI Act)
- Unterstützung und enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und den Fachabteilungen in allen Belangen des Datenschutzes, der Informationssicherheit und zu KI
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutzmanagementsystems und ISMS
- Projektleitung KI: Organisation, Ausarbeitung und Kontrolle von KI-Themen im Unternehmen
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und technischen Maßnahmen
- Begleitung interner und externer Datenschutz- und Informationssicherheits-Audits
- Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden, Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Sensibilisierung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
- Begleitung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Dokumentation und Monitoring der getroffenen Maßnahmen

Das bist Du:
- Ausbildung als Datenschutzkoordinator*in, abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der DSGVO, des BDSG sowie im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz o.ä.)
- Erste Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management von Datenschutz- und/oder Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen
- Erste Erfahrung in der rechtlichen und organisatorischen Begleitung von KI-Themen sowie Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Dienstleistermanagement sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
