Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst die Qualitätsstandards in unseren Einrichtungen sicher und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du berätst und coachst die Einrichtungs- und Pflegedienstleitungen in Qualitätsfragen
- Du führst interne Audits durch und unterstützt bei externen Prüfungen (MD, Heimaufsicht)
- Du analysierst, entwickelst und setzt Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Strukturverbesserung um
- Du begleitest Projekte im Zentralen Qualitätsmanagement
- Du überprüfst und überarbeitest Vorgaben aus dem zentralen Prozesshandbuch und schulst sowie bildest Mitarbeitende zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, was wünschenswert ist
- Du kennst die gesetzlichen Vorgaben (SGB XI, SGB V, MDK-Richtlinien etc.)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Du bist reisebereit (regional/bundesweit) und besitzt Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Entscheidungsfreude
- Du bist selbstorganisiert und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du bringst Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude am Qualitätsmanagement mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
