- Du schaffst persönliche Bindungen zu Bewohner:innen und Angehörigen, erkennst deren Bedürfnisse, vernetzt dich, pflegst Beziehungen, förderst Lebensfreude, überwachst und steuerst den Pflegeprozess, nimmst Beschwerden auf und findest Lösungen
- Du förderst den Teamgedanken, leitest und unterstützt das Pflege- und Betreuungsteam, gestaltest und prüfst mitarbeiterorientierte Dienstpläne, koordinierst pflegerische und betreuende Maßnahmen, sicherst die Qualität und führst Qualitätszirkel durch, leitest fachlich Teambesprechungen und arbeitest Mitarbeitende ein und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du verzahnst dich eng mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam, vertrittst Interessen, hältst rechtliche Vorgaben ein, managst Einstufungen, betreibst Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und arbeitest mit Netzwerkpartnern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft sowie die anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL).
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Leitungskraft in der Pflege mit und kennst dich im Personal- und Qualitätsmanagement aus.
- Als empathische Führungspersönlichkeit motivierst du dein Team, förderst den Zusammenhalt und gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter.
- Du kommunizierst klar, triffst sichere Entscheidungen und findest auch für neue Herausforderungen kreative Lösungen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C1-Niveau, sodass du sicher im Austausch mit allen Beteiligten bist.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
