Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern den 8D-Reklamationsprozess von der Erfassung in SAP bis zur Ursachenanalyse mittels Ishikawa und 5-Why in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen.
- Sie moderieren und dokumentieren Produkt- und Prozess-FMEAs in unserem CAQ-System (Babtec), um Risiken in der Entwicklung und Fertigung proaktiv zu minimieren.
- Sie erstellen, pflegen und überwachen Qualifikations- und Prüfpläne in Babtec, um die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Sie planen und koordinieren den Bau von Versuchsmustern sowie Prototypen, um neue Produkteigenschaften gezielt zu validieren und die Serienreife vorzubereiten.
- Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale in unseren Prozessen und verfolgen aktiv die Umsetzung von KVP-Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d), z. B. im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Fertigungstechnik.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätstechnik mit, idealerweise aus einem produzierenden Umfeld.
- Im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office sind Sie sicher; Erfahrung mit einem CAQ-System wie Babtec ist ein willkommenes Plus.
- Als Organisationstalent arbeiten Sie selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert und überzeugen durch Ihre Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
- Für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Kontext kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
