Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Gewinnermittlungen für unsere Mandant:innen, vorwiegend GmbHs und GmbH & Co. KGs.
- In Jahresabschlussgesprächen beraten Sie unsere Mandant:innen eigenständig und auf Augenhöhe und werden so zur zentralen Vertrauensperson.
- Sie übernehmen gelegentlich die laufende Finanzbuchführung inklusive Kostenrechnung und setzen dabei moderne Tools wie DATEV Unternehmen Online gezielt ein.
- Sie erstellen betriebliche sowie private Steuererklärungen und sind die direkte Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen und Finanzbehörden.
- Sie begleiten souverän Betriebsprüfungen, prüfen Steuerbescheide und führen bei Bedarf die notwendigen Rechtsbehelfsverfahren durch.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d), eine Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Sie kommunizieren gerne und verständlich mit Mandant:innen und haben Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu erklären.
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und die Geschichten dahinter zeichnen Sie aus.
- Ihre sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
