Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, berechnest und überwachst TGA-Anlagen (Sanitär, Heizung, Lüftung, Klima) in allen HOAI-Leistungsphasen – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Du führst Projekte eigenverantwortlich, vertrittst das Büro gegenüber Auftraggebern und leitest das Team bei der Erstellung von Projektzeichnungen
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, Preisspiegel und Abrechnungen, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf und die Einhaltung interner Qualitätsstandards

- Zusammenarbeit: Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Wert auf Zusammenhalt, offene Kommunikation und regelmäßige gemeinsame Events legt.
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Dipl.-Ing. oder Master) oder eine Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in für Technische Ausrüstung
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Technischen Ausrüstung (Gewerbe, Industrie, Sonderbauten, öffentliche Auftraggeber) mit
- Du arbeitest sicher mit HOAI und VOB und beherrschst Programme wie MS Office, MS Project, AVA-Software und weitere TGA-spezifische Tools
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Projekte – mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du überzeugst durch Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke – im Team und im Kontakt mit Auftraggeber:innen
- Du beachtest, dass Referenzen im Wohnungsbau nicht berücksichtigt werden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
