Regelmäßige Fahrten zu Projekten und Auftraggebern im Rahmen der Projektleitung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Planung und Berechnung anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima) über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen hinweg.
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte für Industrie, Gewerbe und öffentliche Auftraggeber und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden.
- Du führst dein Projektteam fachlich, koordinierst die Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen und stellst eine hohe Ausführungsqualität sicher.
- Mithilfe von AVA-Software erstellst du Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Preisspiegel und übernimmst die technische und kaufmännische Abrechnung der Projekte.
- Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, steuerst Termine sowie Budgets mit Tools wie MS Project und sicherst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Dipl.-Ing. oder Master) oder eine Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von TGA-Projekten mit, idealerweise für Gewerbe, Industrie oder öffentliche Auftraggeber.
- Im Umgang mit der HOAI und VOB sowie gängiger AVA-Software, MS Project und MS Office bist du sicher und praxiserprobt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und strukturiert, wobei du gerne Verantwortung für deine Projekte und deren Qualität übernimmst.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) im Austausch mit dem Team und Auftraggeber:innen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
