- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Stahlbau- und Schlosserarbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen aus
- Sie setzen moderne Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeuge im Stahlbau sicher und fachgerecht ein
- Sie führen Schweißarbeiten (Stumpf- und Kehlnähte) in unterschiedlichen Positionen und Materialstärken durch
- Sie sichern die Qualität durch selbstständige Prüfung Ihrer eigenen Arbeit gemäß den vorgegebenen Qualitätsanforderungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Konstruktionsmechaniker:in, Metallbauer:in, Schlosser:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen Praxiserfahrung in der Montage von Schweißkonstruktionen mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Schweißverfahren
- Eine selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Gute Material- und Werkstoffkenntnisse in der Metallverarbeitung zeichnen Sie aus
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und das sichere Arbeiten nach Plan sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch (C1)
- Idealerweise besitzen Sie gültige Schweißprüfungen – dies ist jedoch kein Muss
