- Du pflegst und betreust unsere Bewohner:innen fachgerecht
- Du dokumentierst digital und nach dem Strukturmodell in all unseren Einrichtungen
- Du führst ärztlich verordnete Maßnahmen durch, wie Wundversorgung, Injektionen sowie Verabreichung und Überwachung der Medikamente
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen und deren Angehörige bei Fragen zur Pflege
- Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und anderen Fachkräften zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Versorgung sicherzustellen
- Du wirkst an Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung in der Pflege mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
