- Du leitest anspruchsvolle Projekte im Finance- und Controlling-Umfeld – von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Du bist Sparringspartner: Du analysierst, konzipierst und implementierst gemeinsam mit Kund:innen Lösungen, die echten Mehrwert schaffen
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Systemeinführungen, beim Aufbau effizienter Reportingstrukturen und bei Kostenoptimierungsprojekten
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze ein und hilfst dabei, Standards zu schaffen, die funktionieren
- Du koordinierst unterschiedliche Stakeholder – operativ bis C-Level – und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation und klare Zielorientierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Industrieerfahrung von 5 bis 10 Jahren im Finance/Controlling im Mittelstand oder Konzernumfeld
- Du bringst abteilungsübergreifende Projekterfahrung im Finance- und Controlling-Umfeld mit, wie z.B. Systemeinführungen, Kostenoptimierungsprojekte und den Aufbau von Reportingstrukturen
- Du hast operative Erfahrung mit SAP (CO, COPA, FI, SD, MM)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem BI-Tool (SAC, PowerBI, Deltamaster, o.a.)
- Du besitzt Expertenkenntnisse in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) und PowerPoint
- Du hast zusätzliches ERP-Know-how, wie z.B. Microsoft Dynamics, Lucanet oder Board, was wünschenswert ist
- Du bist bereit zu reisen für projektbezogene Kundeneinsätze (ca. 50 %)
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
