Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen im Schadensfall und begleiten sie kompetent durch den gesamten Prozess.
- Sie unterstützen aktiv das Team der Versicherungsberater:innen im Tagesgeschäft, indem Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle organisatorischen Fragen fungieren.
- Sie analysieren bestehende Kundenverträge, erkennen Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenziale und bereiten diese für das Vertriebsteam auf.
- Sie verantworten die digitale Erfassung und Prüfung von Versicherungsanträgen und stellen die korrekte Policierung sicher.
- Sie managen den reibungslosen Ablauf im Backoffice, von der Bearbeitung des Posteingangs bis zur Pflege der Kundendaten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
