Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst und programmierst eigenständig hochpräzise Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen an CNC-gesteuerten 4-Achs-Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain-Steuerung und der Haas-Steuerung.
- Du bearbeitest komplexe Bauteile durch Senk- und Draht-Erodierverfahren, um höchste Genauigkeitsanforderungen zu erfüllen.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile, stellst die exakte Maßhaltigkeit sicher und dokumentierst die Prüfergebnisse.
- Du bist für die Wartung und Reparatur der bestehenden Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen verantwortlich, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Konstruktion wirkst Du aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) oder CNC-Dreher (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren metallverarbeitenden Beruf.
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik nach deiner Ausbildung mit.
- Du beherrschst die CNC-Technik sicher und hast idealerweise bereits mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen und 4-Achs-Systemen gearbeitet.
- Deine selbstständige, zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Erfahrungen im Bereich 3D-CAD/CAM, dies ist aber kein Muss.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Team zu gewährleisten.
