Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten Ihre Kund:innen eigenverantwortlich zu passgenauen Baufinanzierungslösungen und begleiten sie aktiv von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Immobilienmakler:innen in Ihrem Shop entwickeln Sie gemeinsame Strategien, um Kund:innen einen nahtlosen Service zu bieten und Ihr Netzwerk auszubauen.
- Sie erstellen und vergleichen Finanzierungsangebote, bereiten alle notwendigen Unterlagen vor und dokumentieren den Prozess mithilfe unserer digitalen Webanwendungen und MS Office.
- Durch Ihre proaktive Betreuung und transparente Kommunikation bauen Sie langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und werden zur vertrauensvollen Ansprechperson für alle Finanzierungsfragen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Bankkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder bringen eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit, die der Sachkunde gemäß §34i GewO entspricht.
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Kund:innenberatung, idealerweise im Finanzierungsbereich, und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung aus.
- Mit Ihrer Vertriebsaffinität, Ihrem sicheren Auftreten und Ihrer Freude an Teamarbeit überzeugen Sie im Austausch mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und MS Office.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
