Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst neue Kund:innen auf der Verarbeiterebene und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in deinem Gebiet weiter aus
- Du betreust Bestandskund:innen auf Handels- und Verarbeiterebene und stehst diesen als feste Ansprechperson zur Seite
- Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit dem Außendienst des Holzfachhandels aus
- Du planst Besuchstermine eigenständig und hältst gleichzeitig unsere CRM-Daten aktuell
- Du präsentierst unsere Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Softwarelösungen direkt bei Kund:innen vor Ort
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen planst du Möbel und Innenräume mithilfe unserer eigenen Planungssoftware Roomdesigner / Möbeldesigner
- Du erstellst Angebote und begleitest den Vertriebsprozess bis zum Abschluss
- Du erstellst Umsatzanalysen und Auswertungen
- Du nimmst Reklamationen auf und sorgst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen für eine lösungsorientierte Klärung
- Du unterstützt bei der Standbetreuung auf Messen und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen nach außen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler:in oder Schreiner:in und bringst praktische Erfahrung im Möbelbau mit.
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Außendienst oder Vertrieb sammeln und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen.
- Dein Wohnsitz im Vertriebsgebiet ermöglicht dir eine effiziente Tourenplanung, um deine Kund:innen bestmöglich zu betreuen.
- Du bist motiviert, denkst mit und hast Lust, dich in neue Themen und unsere Softwarelösungen einzuarbeiten.
- Für die professionelle Kundenberatung kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
