Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung durch, einschließlich Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank und Kasse
- Du buchst und prüfst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Du klärst offene Posten und stimmst Konten ab
- Du übernimmst die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und erstellst Auswertungen und Reports für Management, Steuerberater und Auditoren
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen und arbeitest mit internen Abteilungen wie HR, Operations und Procurement zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriekaufleute, Steuerfachangestellte*r) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und Excel
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie ein Verständnis für steuerliche Grundlagen (USt, GoB)
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenständig und hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamorientierung
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
