- Du organisierst und leitest unsere Baustellen eigenverantwortlich von Anfang bis Ende

Was sollten du mitbringen?
- Du bist Malermeister (m/w/d) oder hast eine Weiterbildung zum Farben- und Lacktechniker (m/w/d) absolviert
- Alternativ überzeugst du uns als erfahrener Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit tiefem Fachwissen im Malerhandwerk
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Behörden
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Verkaufsgeschick und trittst freundlich sowie kundenorientiert auf
- Selbstständigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um flexibel zwischen den Projekten zu wechseln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
