Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Fachplanung für kommunale Versorgungsinfrastruktur (z.B. Wasser, Gas, Elektro) gemäß der HOAI und setzt deine Entwürfe mit AutoCAD und cseTools um.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du komplexe Leitungstrassen und stimmst dich eng mit Netzbetreibern, Versorgungsträgern sowie internen Fachteams ab.
- Du steuerst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich, erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse mit RIB iTWO und wirkst bei der Vergabe von Bauleistungen mit.
- Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung begleitest du die Umsetzung deiner Planungen vor Ort, übernimmst Teile der Bauüberwachung und sicherst die Qualität bis zum Projektabschluss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Stadttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Planung kommunaler Tiefbauprojekte mit, idealerweise in den Leistungsphasen 1–7 der HOAI
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit AutoCAD, cseTools sowie der RIB-Software iTWO
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
- Du besitzt eine analytische und schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
