Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig die Kreditorenbuchhaltung – von der Rechnungsprüfung und Kontierung bis zur Durchführung der Zahlungsläufe in unserem ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics.
- Im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung erstellst du Ausgangsrechnungen, überwachst die offenen Posten und verantwortest das Mahnwesen zur Sicherung unserer Liquidität.
- Du verwaltest unser Anlagevermögen, kümmerst dich um die korrekte Aktivierung sowie Abschreibung von Anlagen und unterstützt das Team bei Inventuren.
- Aktiv wirkst du bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB mit, indem du Auswertungen erstellst und die notwendigen Buchungsunterlagen vorbereitest.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellst du durch regelmäßige Kontenabstimmungen die Datenqualität sicher und bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, wie Kaufmann für Büroorganisation (m/w/d) oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. im Steuerfach oder direkt in der Buchhaltung.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und hast bereits in mindestens zwei der Bereiche Kreditoren-, Debitoren- oder Anlagenbuchhaltung gearbeitet.
- Im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System (vorzugsweise MS Dynamics) bist du sicher und verfügst über gute HGB-Kenntnisse.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie selbstständig und du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Zahlen und analytisches Denken.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Team mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
