- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Datenstrategie zur Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid Media-Kampagnen, Digital Marketing-Aktivierung und Sellout-Performance in der E-Commerce und Paid Media-Unit
- Du entwickelst und implementierst professionelle, effiziente und möglichst automatisierte und KI-gestützte Data Management-Prozesse und Workflows
- Du stellst die datenbasierte, dezidierte Performance-Optimierung auf KPI- und Metrik-Level von Paid Media-Kampagnen, Aktivierungsmaßnahmen und Online-Promoaktionen sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für den effektiven Einsatz von Nutzerdaten im Programmatic Advertising, Retail-Media und Kontextual Targeting
- Du bist der Haupttreiber für die erfolgreiche Generierung, Transformation und den Einsatz von First-Party-Daten zur Reichweitenerhöhung in den Kernzielgruppen zur Kampagnen- und Maßnahmen-Effektivität und Effizienzsteigerung
- Du arbeitest eng in beratender Expertenfunktion mit Team-Kolleg:innen und Fachverantwortlichen für Social Media, SEO/GEO, Digital Shelf, D2C-E-Commerce Sales, Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) sowie anderen internen Stakeholdern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Data und/oder Business Analytics-Erfahrung, idealerweise im FMCG- oder OTC-Bereich auf Hersteller- und/oder Händlerseite
- Du verfügst über ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Performance Marketing, Media-Kampagnen, E-Commerce Marketing und Web Analytics
- Du hast fundierte, umfassende praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Data-Analytics-Tools (GA4, Adobe, etc.), ETL-Prozessen-/Tools und Datenvisualisierungs-Lösungen (bspw. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis in der Konzeption von Tracking Setups und Tracking-Pixel-Integration
- Du hast exzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Reportings zur Evaluation und Steuerung von Geschäftsprozessen und -aktivitäten
- Du berätst Fachbereichsverantwortliche und Stakeholder zur Auswahl geeigneter Metriken oder KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
