Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust operativ Linien- und Charter-Schiffe
- Du bearbeitest die Reisedokumentation und Checklisten
- Du organisierst die Bebunkerung und überwachst Hafendurchläufe, Reisezeiten und Bunkerverbräuche
- Du koordinierst Agenturen, Terminals und weitere Dienstleister
- Du erstellst und überwachst operative Reports
- Du führst die Hafenkostenkontrolle durch und erstellst sowie bearbeitest PONs und den Rechnungsworkflow
- Du organisierst und rechnest Vor-/Nachläufe und Feeder-Operationen ab und erstellst Hire Statements

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Berufsausbildung zur/m Schifffahrtskauffrau/mann (m/w/d) und/oder ein vergleichbares Studium abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Du bist teamfähig und hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie zeitlicher Flexibilität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, ergebnis- und terminorientiert
- Du hast eine hohe Zahlen-/Daten- und schiffstechnische Affinität und gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, vorzugsweise auch Spanisch als weitere Fremdsprache
