Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, indem du bei Tests, Konfigurationen und der Definition von Prozessen eng mit der Projektleitung und externen Partnern zusammenarbeitest.
- Du analysierst und optimierst unsere Geschäftsprozesse in Bereichen wie Einkauf, Logistik und Finance und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, diese im ERP-System zu digitalisieren und zu automatisieren.
- Du übernimmst erste administrative Aufgaben in der Business Central SaaS-Umgebung, wie die Verwaltung von Berechtigungen, und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft, z.B. durch den Einsatz von KI-Tools wie Copilot.
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte, erstellst Systemdokumentationen und unterstützt bei der Schulung der Anwender:innen, wobei du eng mit einem dualen Studenten zusammenarbeitest.
- Du wirkst bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte mit, wie der Einführung eines neuen Lagerplatzsystems mit Barcode-Systematik oder der Anbindung eines Kundenportals.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, und Projekterfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Copilot (in BC) und ein gutes IT-Verständnis
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Prozesse im Handelsumfeld (Einkauf, Verkauf, Lager, Finanzbuchhaltung) und Logistikaffinität ist von Vorteil
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung sowie kritisches Hinterfragen bestehender Abläufe
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und freust dich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert und hast Interesse an Cloud‑/SaaS‑Lösungen und moderner IT‑Architektur sowie KI
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität: beraten und umsetzen
