Du analysierst komplexe Störungen, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur ein.
Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden und Teamkollegen zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
Was erwartet dich?
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT‑Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
- Bearbeitung von 2nd und 3rd Level Support‑Anfragen (keine reine Ticketabwicklung)
- Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen und komplexen Problemen
- Administration von Client‑/Server‑Umgebungen (Windows‑basiert)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Windows Server- und Clientsystemen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 Umgebungen im Alltag
- Verwaltung von Benutzern, Rechten und Gruppenstrukturen
- Administration und Überwachung von Backup‑ und Recovery‑Lösungen
- Pflege und Aufbau sauberer Dokumentationen (Systeme, Rechte, Abläufe)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows‑Server‑ und Client‑Betriebssystemen
- Erfahrung im 2nd / 3rd Level Support
- Sicherer Umgang mit Active Directory und Microsoft 365
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Kundenumgebungen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerkthemen (LAN, VLAN, VPN)

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
