Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Bauprojekte im Bereich Heizung, Sanitär und Klima von der Auftragsvergabe bis zur Abnahme
- Du erstellst Termin-, Kosten- und Kapazitätspläne und behältst Budget sowie Qualität stets im Blick
- Du koordinierst und steuerst Nachunternehmer, Lieferanten und interne Montageteams
- Du führst Baubesprechungen durch und dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Architekt:innen und Bauleiter:innen
- Du erstellst Aufmaße, Abrechnungen und technische Dokumentationen
- Du erkennst frühzeitig Risiken und leitest geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) SHK – alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich SHK oder Haustechnik mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauleitung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
- Du kommunizierst sicher mit Kund:innen, Partnern und deinem Team
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Projektsoftware (z. B. MS Office, AVA-Software)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
