Deine Aufgabe:
- Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Kolleg:innen unserer weltweiten Niederlassungen und arbeitest partnerschaftlich mit ihnen zusammen
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge für unsere Tochtergesellschaften und Vertriebspartner ganzheitlich – von der Angebotserstellung und Klärung von Lieferzeiten über Auftragsänderungen bis hin zur Koordination mit dem Versandbüro
- Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Großprojekten unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Stammdaten von Neukund:innen und verwaltest Vertragsregelungen
- Du nimmst aktiv an Messen, Schulungen und internationalen Veranstaltungen teil
- Du organisierst und betreust internationale Besuchergruppen
